The Entrepreneurship Institute gathers broad demographic information during the course of each year from the CEOs who participate in our Presidents FORUM program in each of our chapters. The 2019 Business Needs Profile summary provides some insight into which of 16 needs for additional assistance were of highest priority for firms in the under $26 million revenue range as well as those in the $25 million revenue range. The top 4 needs expressed by 137 CEOs were:
Under $26 million in order of highest need: (1) Increasing sales revenue, qualified leads and closing rates; (2) Finding, screening, hiring, engaging and keeping talent; (3) Customer Retention/satisfaction and; (4) Strengthening the executive management team
Over $25 million in order of highest need: (1) Finding, screening, hiring, engaging and keeping talent; (2) Increasing sales revenue, qualified leads and closing rates; (3) Customer Retention/satisfaction and (4) Strengthening the executive management team
So; regardless of size of firm; the NEEDs for additional assistance expressed by CEOs during 2019 were PEOPLE TALENT AND REVENUE GROWTH STRATEGIES. 2020 will be different; or will it?
